Turned up 2 hours after being ordered. Pizza was burnt and lukewarm. Won't be ordering from them again as this is the third time this has happened in past 3 months. Used to be a great wee takeaway but recently it's gone downhill.

Ordered delivery for 6.50pm app stated delivered had to phone at 7.10pm, was told my order was still in the shop, finally arrived at 7.35pm. Delivery driver was nice and did apologise but disappointed as this is the second time delivery was 40 minutes late.

We just had a delivery and never had an issue with you guys before. The pizza has been dropped or left on its side for all the toppings to slide off and become a mess. Hardly anything left on the pizza, I have taken a picture. Called and asked for a refund just for the pizza and was told no you would make a new one. We didn’t want a new one after waiting an hour so just refund what’s due but the rude “manager” or who ever the young girl on the was talking to didn’t seem to want to do that. Why cause more of an issue and just solve the problem. Not an issue for us will just never order from you guys again. Will try leave you a Facebook review too

Had the king size beef burger supper with cheese for a change and would highly recommend. Three beef burgers salad cheese chips in a bun. Delivery exactly on time. Cheers guys.

Ordered food at 1941, delivered at 21:35, nearly 2h for a delivery on a wed night, ridiculous!

it’s been an hour since i ordered and it’s still not here

Ordered cheese burger supper plus pizza supper collected 20 mins later. Nice and hot, loads chips pizza cooked lovely not under cooked or burnt in pizza boxes no folding over which turns it to mush. Can’t fault anything to even the lovely girl serving always with a smile. Happy to recommend due to consistently high service.

For the last couple of orders I placed an incorrect drink was delivered. Food and service is great but I'll keep a close check on this regarding the drinks if I place any future orders.

No cheese on my hoagie Sauce was sweet chilli no chilli They didn't update the app to let me know it was ready so it wasn't that hot when I picked up at the requested time. Chicken was good although I think it may have been tandoori and not tikka. Chips and veg in the wrap were good.

Food was cold Pizza crunch was cold and batter was soggy Have used several times but very disappointed with this order

Ordered cheeseburgers for a change and were excellent. Ordering online so easy and collection within 20 mins. No standing about waiting. Staff as always polite and helpful.

Fish supper was lovely crispy batter and well cooked chips

We placed our order via the app, we picked a delivery time which gave the restaurant about an hour and half to get our order to us, firstly the delivery driver forgot to give us half of our order, when the driver returned with the other half we found we had a missing item, we called the restaurant twice in this time and eventually had to go there in person to collect our missing item. All in all the experience was poor, we were entertaining guests and had mentioned to them that Dills was the best place to have a takeaway, feel really let down to be honest.

Food arrived over an hour after i ordered it and was cold

First received wrong order then when called shop got my order brought n had to reheat in microwave was stone cold disgusted as usually good service

The app said the timescale was 40 mins. I ordered and had asked that the delivery driver doesn’t chap the door as I had just got my baby to sleep. 5 mins later the door was rattled and everyone woken up. It took me another 20 mins to get her back to sleep by which point food was cold. They also didn’t deliver the correct drinks. I called for coke 0 and a capri sun and got 3 diet cokes.

Everything was either Luke warm or cold, one the pizzas looked like it had been thrown about in the delivery car before it was given to us. King rib was rock hard…….only decent thing was the chips. Not mine that was with cheese & curry though because they were in the same bag as the ruined pizza so there wasn’t much curry & cheese in the box with the chips! We won’t be ordering again from here.

Food is delicious but it is on the cool side when delivered. This has happened with most orders. Food is well packaged so rather surprised at temperature. As stated Food is delicious but I would prefer not to have to heat it up a bit to enjoy it at its best.

Easy to order online for delivery and time slot delivered spot on. Tried the fryers box which was lovely ( sausages, haggis, black pudding, fish and chips ) Happy to recommend.

Not happy with quality of food or service from Denny shop. Ordered at 5.30 with 60min delivery time, phones at 6.40 to be told it's with the driver. Called again at 7 when food arrived cold to be told firstly we couldn't find you and it's cold outside then when I challenged that the story was we made the food when you called the first time and the driver left as soon as it was ready. Which is it. Would appreciate the truth and an explanation. Not happy and won't be back
