Food arrived Luke warm at best

Lovely as always. Tasty and hot.

Waited over an hour and a half for 4 large chips. I phoned after an hour to be told the delivery driver was on his way back to the shop and would be with me shortly!!! I phoned again 30mins later to be told driver was on his way. Food was lukewarm at best when it finally arrived. Driver was apologetic but it's not his fault.

I ordered the fresh fish and chips. And it was very delicious.

Delivery was late but but driver apologised, like the Scottish pizza but this time it was burnt and wasn't phoning down as took ages the first time

Ordered fish and chips. Was not very warm and the fish batter overcooked

The chips weren’t good at all and I suspect there was something amiss with the food overall as both myself and my husband became ill later in the evening and continue to be ill the following day with a stomach upset.

Have ordered multiple times from Dil's. Most deliveries, the food has been hot but with latest delivery, the chips were borderline cold and had to reheat.

Hot and fast delivery

Love the food! Delivery is awful. I ordered last night and it said 40 mins for delivery. After 55 minutes I called and heard the woman say it’s that one to a driver. He hadn’t even left yet! It took another 20 minutes to get here which should be a 10 minute journey at the most! 1 hour 15 minutes in total. This is the 3rd time in a row we’ve had to chase up a delivery. Not good enough!

No going to lie guys that was my worst meal out of dils! Really not great on the stomach tonight! Started of bad when I asks to for loads of sauce on my meal and loads of butter on my roll and got the tiniest bit on both but the fact 3 hours later and I’m on the pan it great

Been ordering from Dill’s for years and never disappointed. Fish and chips is my favourite.

Our order was 35 mains late and cold, so disappointing. 1st time using the app and I will not be doing it again.

Two hours late and only two slices of pakora, the rest of the box being filled with veg pakora which was not ordered. Pizzas tasted nice but delivery time wasted the experience

Looked all freshly cooked and was still hot and tasted delicious
